Shipping

Currently we are shipping orders within the United States and to Canada.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 days of purchase date via USPS first class mail which does not include insurance towards loss or damage.  All packages are sent with a tracking number.

US customers can expect your order to arrive within 3 - 7 business days from shipment however, during busy shipping times of the year, it can take up to 10 days.  Canadian customers can expect orders within 6 - 10 business days from the date of shipment.

Tre Sun Designs is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If your item does not arrive or arrives damaged please contact us immediately and we work with you to rectify the situation.
