Return Policy

Tre Sun Designs carefully handcrafts each piece of jewelry and we are confident you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns or exchanges are available on unworn jewelry within 7 days from the date you receive your jewelry and this applies to purchases that are NOT CUSTOM in nature. Jewelry that is NOT CUSTOM in nature refers to all earrings and to necklaces & bracelets in which you are not choosing a custom chain length at check out.

Custom jewelry orders are FINAL SALE and they refer to necklaces and/or bracelets in which you have chosen a specific chain length at time of purchase (i.e. 16", 18", 20" etc.). The reason custom jewelry orders are FINAL SALE is because the chain length you have requested at checkout is made custom to fit your needs. 

To initiate a return or exchange simply send us a message on our "Contact Us" form located on our home page and we will respond to you within 24 hours. You many also email us at tresundesigns@yahoo.com. Please note, after 7 days from the date you receive your jewelry all sales are final on jewelry which is NOT Custom in nature and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. *Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility*

If your package arrives damaged please message us using our "Contact Us" form located on our home page within 7 days from the date you receive your jewelry and we will gladly work with you to rectify the situation. You may also email us at tresundesigns@yahoo.com.  All packages are sent with a tracking number.

Tre Sun Designs DOES offer a guarantee on craftsmanship.  If there is ever an issue with your jewelry in regard to the repurposing process please contact us to discuss repair options.  Please note if you are purchasing repurposed jewelry some care is required to keep your jewelry in the condition in which you receive it. Jewelry care recommendations include removing your jewelry while swimming, showering, and sleeping.  Also keeping your jewelry free from perfumes, oils, & lotions will further promote longevity. 

Vintage and antique components may have a patina, discoloration and imperfections such as scratches however these characteristics will be notated in the product description. We photograph all jewelry as best as possible however, depending on individual devices, colors may look slightly different.  If you have any questions prior to purchase please reach out to us to ensure a happy purchase.
